Altmarkets cannot credit for transactions until a sufficiant amount of transactions have happened on the blockchain for whatever coin you are depositing, this is out of our control.
Please refer to the wallet or blockchain of the coin you are depositing for a more direct idea of a confirmation time, if your transaction is showing on the blockchain as verified over 20 confirmations and it still doesn't show in your account then please let us know by raising a ticket.
Our system checks for new transactions on a periodic basis, generally within a 15 minute timespan. You can see the last block / update time via https://altmarkets.io/wallets.
